What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, snow leopards, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff
-Feathers!
-Tawny, golden, brown, white, red, blue, cyan, gray, black (well, not all combined)
-I like more natural base colors, but with smaller markings in unnatural colors like blue or red

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

On a break - dead tablet

Yaaaaaawn. Yeah, my tablet is pretty much dead. It'll work for a couple minutes if that and then pfffzztt and the light blinks on and off. Or windows tells me one of my USB devices has failed. Over and over. Very difficult to keep in the art mood. :shakefist: I had started thinking of getting a new one, but now I know I really do need a new one.

So I'm taking a break until that happens. XD Therefore no Reign for the next little while or anything I guess. I'll maybe do sketches and things on the side, but I don't post that here anyway. My scanner kills my lines into fuglyness. I'll still be around to check out stuff, but not quite as much. This is kinda like an artblock........hahaha.......aww.

At least I know what tablet I got my eye on! It's a cute wacom bamboo craft. I'm not into all the crazy feature kinds that they have out there, nevermind the price goes up to reflect it. I like simple.

Hahahaha, this sounds like one of the most unenthusiastic journals I've written in a while. Can ya blame me, I haven't even had my tea yet. :XD:

Darn failing tablets!! My sister's also all dead now >_< It started out with a tiny wire being ripped off, then my father soldered the wire and it worked perfectly again... now the wire's all gone O____O

Maybe yours has a tiny wire not being where it should be and therefore doesn't work? :3 Try checking it, it's worth it if you don't have the money for a new one :3

I'll have to see about that wire issue. My main thing is this tablet is over four years old, so it might have reached that age. Heh heh, also my stylus has been worn right down. XD

It's all good! Though I am missing working on Reign, a bit. =P
